Dr. Myriam Feinberg is a postdoctoral fellow with the Minerva Center for the Rule of Law under Extreme Conditions. Her research areas include counterterrorism, international organisations, national security, conflicts of sovereignty, and extraordinary renditions. Myriam holds a Licence de droit from Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris, an LL.M. in international law from Trinity College Dublin and a PhD from the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London. Her publications include her monograph, ‘Sovereignty in the Age of Global Terrorism: The Role of International Organisations’, Brill 2016.
