Dr. Yehudith Kahn has been teaching in the Department of Economics at the University of Haifa since 2002. She received her Ph.D. with distinction from the University of Aix Marseille 3, France. Her thesis was an analysis of Palestinian and Israeli trade potential and effects on regional growth. Her main research areas include Middle East Economies, Labor Markets and Migration issues. Current work includes research on migration and poverty reduction in Egypt.
