Order Transcripts
Upon completion of your studies at the University of Haifa, a transcript will automatically be sent to you as well as to your home university's address as indicated on the registration form you will complete at the beginning of the semester. If you need additional transcripts at any time, please complete a transcript request form and mail it along with a check to our office in Haifa. The transcript request form can be downloaded below.
Official transcripts are $17 for the first copy and $3 for each additional copy requested at the same time. Add $25 for expedited, 72-hour delivery for each address. We will issue your transcripts upon receipt of your transcript request form and payment, and you should receive your transcripts in two to three weeks.

University of Haifa Graduates
Students who completed a full undergraduate or graduate degree at the University of Haifa and wish to receive a transcript of their grades should be in touch with Iris Polikman at ipolik@univ.haifa.ac.il for more information.
