The Hebrew course brings students from over 40 countries to the University of Haifa to study Hebrew in one of the most effective language learning programs in Israel.The evening course is designed for those who want to immerse themselves in a language acquisition experience that is personally enriching as well as academically demanding.The Evening Beginners Hebrew Course consists of a semeseter session and small classes sizes of 20 students maximum.
*The opening of the course is dependent on a minimum number of 15 participants.
Classes are held Monday and Wednesday during the afternoon starting from 4:00p.m.-7:30p.m. for five academic hours per day. In addition to learning through textbooks, classes will also involve video sessions, work in the language laboratory and student presentations.
There will be mid-term and final examinations. The Hebrew Course session awards 6 academic credits for 100 hours of class work.
