Applicants must be U.S. citizens at the time of application.
Individuals already residing in Israel are not eligible to apply for a grant.
Finalists must receive a decision from the university by March 1, 2021 and inform Fulbright Israel whether or not they have been accepted by emailing Noa Turgeman at NoaT@fulbright.org.il
