MPH Health Systems – Administration & Global Health Leadership


UHaifa International’s unique master’s degree program in Public Health provides future health care leaders and researchers with cutting-edge knowledge and skills to address tomorrow’s complex global public health challenges. Specializing in Global Health Leadership and Health Systems Administration, we offer our students state of the art knowledge and the requisite multidisciplinary practical training to manage comprehensive cross-cutting, multi-sectoral health issues on local and global scales. This provides our graduates with a competitive edge when pursuing professional careers in both the public and business sectors.

The program curriculum aligns with the standards and guidelines of Public Health graduate studies in the U.S, Canada, and Europe.



Our study program includes integrated knowledge and training in relevant fields aimed at:

  • Developing and enhancing personal and organizational leadership skills for public and global health positions
  • Providing knowledge, training, perspectives and tools to address multicultural public and global health challenges.
  • Acquiring skills for planning, evaluating and implementing health program and policies.
  • Exposure to critical health leadership sectors and core public health skills such as epidemiology and biostatistics.
  • Training and skills in diverse and relevant health management disciplines such as ethics, policy, and economics.
  • Applied Practical Experience (APE): An amazing opportunity to observe public health practice in action and apply learnings to health care systems and policy.
  • A chance to learn from professionals and experts in emerging public health fields, such as environment and climate change, vaccines, and occupational health, including the WHO Centre for Excellence..
One year, one Degree:

Our one-year international master’s program is taught in English over three consecutive semesters from October through September. Graduates will be awarded a Master of Public Health (MPH), with a specialization in the field of Health Systems Administration and Global Health Leadership.

Admission Requirements
  • A minimum of 3.0 GPA, 80% (B) (Israeli system) or equivalent in all undergraduate classes.
  • Good command of the English language.

  • Copy of undergraduate diploma and official transcript of BA degree showing full list of courses, date of graduation, and conferred degree.
  • Two recommendation letters
  • TOEFL – score 89 or alternative acceptable English language examination score
  • Personal Statement (500 words)
